Kickboxing (cardio kickboxing)

No partner work. No contact. Beginner friendly 

High-energy heavy bag kickboxing paired with bodyweight conditioning drills to build cardio, coordination, and full-body stamina. You’ll learn and repeat punch/kick combinations while improving endurance and confidence. Beginner-friendly, no contact and no partner work — just you, the bag, and the workout.

Hybrid (kickboxing + strength)

Bag Rounds + Functional Strength (TRX/KB/DB/slam balls)

A balanced mix of heavy bag kickboxing rounds and functional strength circuits designed to build power, athletic conditioning, and total-body strength. Strength segments focus on core stability and movement quality using TRX, kettlebells, light dumbbells, and slam balls. The perfect bridge between kickboxing and strength training.

MET-CON (Metabolic Conditioning)

Stations using SkiErg/rower/bikes/sleds/KBs/wall balls

A fast-moving, cardio-driven conditioning class built around timed stations and athletic intervals. Expect SkiErgs, rowers, sled pushes/pulls, wall balls, kettlebells, assault bikes, and functional movement patterns to challenge your pace, endurance, and mental grit. Scalable for all fitness levels with nonstop energy and a serious sweat.

Total Body Strength

Compound Strength + Progressive Loading + Coaching Focus

Coach-led compound lifting and functional training focused on technique, progressive loading, and full-body strength development. Sessions include structured strength blocks plus athletic movement work to improve performance and durability. Team-based rotations may be used in larger classes to keep flow high and coaching quality even higher.

Functional Strength

TRX / Kettlebells / Animal Flow style training

Small-group strength and movement-focused training built for long-term progress and pain-free performance. Classes may include TRX-only strength, kettlebell-based strength patterns, and Animal Flow-inspired mobility/control work. Expect joint-friendly training that improves stability, movement quality, strength, and body awareness.

Orientation (New Member Intro)

You’ll learn everything you need so you can jump into any class confidently.

A guided 30-minute introduction designed for brand new members. This is not a workout — it’s a coaching session to learn the basics: how classes run, safe movement mechanics, foundational strength patterns, and beginner kickboxing technique. Orientation builds confidence so you can step into any class feeling comfortable and prepared.

    We recommend starting with Kickboxing or Orientation. Both classes are beginner-friendly and will help you learn the basics before jumping into other workouts.

  • Do I need to buy my own gloves?

    Yes, you'll need gloves for our kickboxing classes. We sell gloves in the studio at a discount for new members — or bring your own if you already have them.

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes! Many of our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels.
