Scalable for all fitness levels with nonstop energy and a serious sweat.

A guided 30-minute introduction designed for brand new members. This is not a workout — it’s a coaching session to learn the basics: how classes run, safe movement mechanics, foundational strength patterns, and beginner kickboxing technique. Orientation builds confidence so you can step into any class feeling comfortable and prepared.

We recommend starting with Kickboxing or Orientation. Both classes are beginner-friendly and will help you learn the basics before jumping into other workouts.
Do I need to buy my own gloves?
Yes, you'll need gloves for our kickboxing classes. We sell gloves in the studio at a discount for new members — or bring your own if you already have them.
