Kathleen

I started as a member at the King of Prussia location in Pennsylvania when I was a grad student and I took my first class in Clark March 2019. After graduating, I moved back to Jersey and decided to become a member at Clark and have been here ever since. CKO gave me the confidence and the strength to become an instructor in February 2021, where I taught my first class in a mask(thanks covid)! I have been learning and growing as an instructor for 4 years now! I hope to bring the energy and great music to every class to make the workouts fun and exciting!!
