Jose is a strength coach with a performance-based background in weight training, calisthenics, CrossFit, and amateur kickboxing. By day, he works as a software engineer so he prefers a well structured approach to his routine and training.
Jose believes the best results come from training smart and staying consistent, not simply pushing harder. In his sessions, expect a strong focus on technique, progression, and long-term, joint-friendly strength with clear coaching that helps members move better, lift with confidence, and improve week after week.
