Hello there ! I'm Catia

I'm a certified Personal trainer and former track athlete, committed to helping people move better and feel stronger every day.


I Specialized in group classes focused on TRX Strength training, a body weight- based method that uses gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength and stability

for more strength development, in this class's weights are often added to some exercises.

I'm also proud to serve as Regional Leader in the state of NJ for QMT (Quadrupedal movement training) also known as Animal Flow.


These styles of training are all about:

  • Building real, functional Strength
  • Improving mobility and flexibility
  • Boosting coordination, endurance and Stability
  • Strengthening the connection between your body and mind


The classes I lead are designed to challenge you, educate you & support you, helping you feel more powerful in how you move, not only in gym but also in your everyday life
