An occupational therapist by trade and a fitness professional by passion, I’m dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. I believe that strength training is a cornerstone of overall wellness. Having gone through my own weight loss journey, I understand the importance of balance and love showing clients how to eat well without feeling deprived, making healthy living both achievable and enjoyable.
My training combines strength work, HIIT, plyometrics, functional movement, and mobility exercises to create effective, engaging programs for all abilities. Outside the gym, I stay active through cycling, hiking, and outdoor adventures.
I’m passionate about adapting exercise to meet individual needs and empowering clients to realize just how capable they truly are.
